Horsa Hüs brings together a thatched-roof house in Wenningstedt, around 230 m² of living space (Sylt measurement), a garden and a sauna.

Does Horsa Hüs have its own sauna?

Yes. The house has its own sauna with a wellness shower, available exclusively to the guests of the house. On cool or stormy days in particular, it is the most popular room in the house.

How far is it from Wenningstedt to the beach?

From Horsa Hüs it is a few minutes' walk to Wenningstedt beach and the promenade. The cliff line, bakery, supermarket and restaurants are also within walking distance – you do not need a car on site.

Horsa Hüs accommodates up to 8 people and a maximum of 1 dog. With several bedrooms across two floors it suits families, two couples travelling together or small groups.

Yes, one dog is welcome. Wenningstedt has designated dog beaches and many paths through the dune landscape right on the doorstep.

What does the holiday home cost per night?

In 2026 the rate is €290 per night in the low season, €390 in the mid season and €595 in the high season. From the 2027 travel year it is €300, €410 and €630 per night. The exact season periods are shown in the rates overview on the home page.

Is a beach chair included?

Yes. During the beach chair season, our guests have free use of beach chair 2330 at Onkel Johnny's on Wenningstedt beach – something you would otherwise pay extra for on Sylt.
