Horsa Hüs is an elegant double thatched-roof house in Wenningstedt, built in 2015, where modern comfort meets Nordic warmth. A few minutes from the beach, it offers a generous home away from home — with fireplace, sauna, garden and plenty of room for shared moments.
Four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a wide open living and dining area: ideal for families, couples and friends who want to enjoy Sylt in full.
Living & unwinding
Long evenings by the fireplace.
The open living area is the heart of the house. Oak floors, a softly glowing fireplace and a deep sofa to sink into after a day on the beach. A curved TV with Apple TV is there when you want it — and out of the way when you don't.
After a day by the sea the fireplace sets the tone for slow evenings with a glass of wine, a good book or a board game.
Living room
Bright, open, with a view of the garden.
By day the living area shows its airy side: a generous sofa landscape, oak floorboards and floor-to-ceiling windows that pull the garden inside.
From sofa to fireplace to long dining table, everything flows together — a room that holds the morning coffee, the afternoon book and the whole family at dinner.

A kitchen you'll want to linger in.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together — from Sylt brown shrimp at lunch to a long candlelit dinner. The dining table seats up to eight.
Dishwasher, espresso machine and everything you need to feel truly at home from the very first morning.

Four quiet retreats on the upper floor.
The four bedrooms upstairs are bright, calm and family-friendly — each with its own TV. Comfortable beds, soft linen and dimmed light for deep sleep after long days by the sea.
There are play options inside the house for children too — turning even rainy North Sea days into favourites.

Sauna, deep tub, rain shower.
Three bathrooms in fine limestone, a deep soaking tub, rain shower and a guest WC — a small spa moment to start every morning.
Downstairs, a separate sauna with wellness shower turns even the windiest North Sea days into a quiet pleasure.
Garden, terraces & beach chair
In the garden, the holiday begins with the first coffee.
The wide garden wraps around the house with two terraces: garden furniture to the west for long evenings in the sun, and a private beach chair to the south for quiet hours in between.
In season, a second beach chair waits for you right on the sand — perfect for breakfast in the sun, a book in the shade or relaxed barbecue evenings with the whole family.
Sauna on the lower level
Warmth after the wind.
When the North Sea wind really picks up, the sauna downstairs becomes the best place in the house. Gentle warmth, a wellness shower right next door — and tea afterwards tastes twice as good.
